SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Please ensure your information and address are accurate before checking out. Please email us at info@clayrious.com if there is any errors within 12 hours. Any further changes after 12 hours are not accepted.

2. Orders will be shipped out within 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated.

3. Join our mailing list to get 10% off your first order, only valid for regular priced items (all discounted items are excluded).

4. Local shipping options (Singapore only):

(a) Next day courier service - fixed rate of SGD 3

- We will be using Qxpress next day delivery (courier service) for this option.

- Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number and address are correct prior to confirming your order at the check out.

- Delivery time takes 1 - 2 working days

- Free local delivery for orders above SGD 50 (Auto calculated at check-out)

(b) International shipping options (out of Singapore):

• International orders (Malaysia only) - fixed rate of SGD 10

We will be using Qxpress International Delivery for this option. Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number and address are correct prior to confirming your order at the check out. Delivery time usually takes 5- 10 working days

• International orders - Start from SGD 10

• Order Number and name of incorrect or defective item(s) purchased
• Picture of the incorrect or defective items
• Reason for returning the items

We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days with further information.
Returns are only accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

3. We do not accept exchanges due to hygiene purposes.

4. Clayrious reserves the right to deny returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

 

JEWELLERY CARE

• Please avoid storing them under direct sunlight and moisture
• Use a piece of moist soft fabric to wipe the pieces gently to keep them clean
• Do not apply perfume, hairspray, nail polish, lotions or any other chemicals on the jewellery
• Please avoid water on the silver and gold parts to prevent rusting
• Please remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, etc.
• Please store jewellery in a box or container to prevent scratches
• Avoid dropping or knocking your earrings against hard surfaces
